How to draw up a schedule (2) | Part 1 |
Divide the total result of page number, exam relevance and exercises by the number of the available weeks. This results in the learning units per week as follows. Split up the bars in the bar chart into learning units.
Again a table is drawn up,
this time with columns week / chapter / subject.
For better guidance you can shade or type bold or emphasis somehow else the subjects
which the lecturer has marked as focus.
Week 1 | 1.1 1.2 Part I | Subject 1 |
1.1 1.2 1.3 | Subject 2 | |
1 | Subject 3 | |
Week 2 | 1.2 Part II | Subject 1 |
2.1 2.2 | Subject 2 | |
2.1 2.2 2.3 | Fach 3 | |
Table 2: Week plan scheme
For a total of learning matter of 156 learning units may be time 6 weeks (see. table 1 and illustration 1). The focus of this subject may begin with 1.3 and end with 2.3. So:
156 ÷ 6 = 26
I.e. 26 learning units per week.
For the graph (Illustration 1) about the chapter 1.1 - 1.4, 2.1 - 2.3
and 3.1 - 3.5 you can set:
Week 1 |
1.1 Schedule 1.2 I'm just beginning |
